I was so relieved when I was diagnosed with Vasgal Vagal episodes. I had been fainting since i was 5 years old, but there was a long period where not much happened until i was in my teens then they came 'thick and fast'. I attempted to make sense of each episode blaming various situations until I found myself with a £500.00 dental bill from falling onto my face in public. At this point I knew I had to push for some kind of diagnosis to what was happening to me! Yes as I said I am relieved I have a name to this problem but I was very disapointed when the sole advice was to wear support stockings. There must be more that can be done for sufferers of this unconvienatant occurance!!!!
