What can you do?

I just talked with another person who also suffers from vaso vagal effects. Our doctors have told us we have "low blood volume." Also, like myself, she is very thirsty ALL the time, and we both end up carrying a bottle of water with us when going somewhere. Can dehydration possibly provoke an episode? For example: drinking a beer, having the flu, several cups of coffee, a hot day outside, or (yikes) getting inside a hot vehicle... Does anyone have any thoughts on the matter?
