Just had a bad experience with what was diagnosed as VV. While driving at 60 mph on I-95 south of DC I got a sharp pain, like a muscle spasm, in my back. I passed out after about 15 seconds and luckily did not hit anyone else or any structures on the highway. Luckily I also did not have cruise control in the rental car I was driving. Very scary.
