MULTIPLE DIAGNOSIS

I AM 38 YRS OLD AND BEGAN HAVING CHEST PAINS ABOUT 4 YRS AGO-- INITIAL EKG AND DIAG. REVEALED LEFT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK THAT SHOULD NOT CAUSE PAIN/ HOLTER MONITORING THEN REVEALED EPISODES OF BRADYCARDIA AND TACHYCARDIA. TX W/BETA BLOCKER THAN BEGAN-SUCCESSFUL FOR ABOUT A YEAR, THEN I BEGAN HAVING DIZZY SPELLS AND RX WAS INCREASED WITHOUT SUCCESS. A TILT TABLE TEST REVEALED NEURO-CARDIOGENIC SYNCOPE AND I WAS REFERRED TO AN ELECTROPHYSIOLOGIST, AFTER MORE TESTING AND EPISODES INCREASING I WAS TOLD I ALSO HAD SUPERVENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA (BUT NO LBBB FOUND NOW) AND I UNDERWENT AN EP STUDY IN WHICH THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO TRIGGER IT AND THEREFORE UNSUCCESSFUL. I HAVE SINCE BEEN PLACED ON PROAMATINE AND GRADUATED TO THE HIGHEST DOSE BUT STILL HAVE SX INFREQUENTLY- I BEGAN HAVING ALOT OF BACK PAIN AND MUSCLE ACHES AND A BONE DENSITY REVEALED THAT I ALREADY HAVE OSTEOPOROSIS AND AM PRE-MENOPAUSAL... WHAT IS GOING ON? COULD ANY OF THIS BE RELATED? SHOULD I SEEK A MORE FIRM DIAGNOSIS?
