Passing out and having Siezers

hello my fiance has been passijng out for the past 8 months and i think it is getting worse now. She has been to the hospital 4 times a few months ago and they diaganoses her with Vascular motor Syncopy. we tried two kinds of medication and none of them seemed to work( one even gave her Siezers). now she has been off medication for four months and she still passes out. She started having Siezers two days a go (4-05-03) and we dont know what is wrong. if any one has any suggestions let me know
