I manifest vagal sayndrome symptoms when I try to lift my head (barber's chair, bed, etc.)unaided. I've been told that it is related to an inner ear imbalance. My symptoms are very dibilitating (nausea, dizzyness) and can last a few hours.

They never come on at any other time.
