I'm not sure if I had a vaso-vagal reaction or not Dr. questioned it. Was awokened in the middle of the night by a stomache ache, walked to the bathroom felt like I had blood flowing under my skin down my arms, chest, back of neck a really warm sensation. I broke out in a cold sweat. Lasted for about 30-45 minutes No chest pain. Now I keep getting the same feeling in my upper arms almost tingly but tight. Dr. did an EKG showed nothing. I am now nervous that it is blockage in my arteries or something heart related my father had severe blockage in his early 50's, I am only 36. Any comments?
